提升机的头部滚筒的特殊人性化设计,使胶带在运行过程中自动找正,防止 跑偏;而且头部滚筒采用分瓣镶嵌式包胶,使得维修、更换工作非常简单,维护费用大大降低;

the belt is self-aligned during peration, which prevents belts
from running off center. The head rollers are split inlaying
ubber-lined rollers which allow easy and simple maintenance
and replacement and considerably reduce maintenance cost.

| 配有柔性张紧装置的鼠笼式尾辊

尾部协调式自动张紧特殊设计的胶带连接接头和料斗固定件,使胶带在运行中不脱开、不撕(断)裂,大大提高胶带的使用寿命;提升机的尾部滚筒采用轮条式设计,有效排出附着在胶带上的物料,延长胶带的使用寿命;鼠笼式尾辊尾部轴承座采用严格可靠的接触性密封 件;
头尾防跑偏是通过头尾滚面的鼓形结构来保证的,如客户需要还可配置防偏传感器进行保护,尾部平衡是靠张紧丝杆和配重来完成;打孔对钢丝绳芯胶带的强度影响已经在胶带的强度计算中考虑在内;
底部料位指示通过料位传感器完成的,安装方式采用装配式安装。( Equipped with specially-designed
belt joints and bucket fasteners at tail section that has
automatic take-up, the belt will not come off or break up
during operation and thus its service life is increased
significantly. Elevator tail rollers have wheel-spoke design
so as to effectively discharge the materials adhered to
the belt, and extend the service life of belts. The squirrel-cage
tail rollers and bearing pedestal are fitted with extremely
reliable contacting seals.
Drum units on the roller surface in head and tail sections
ensure to prevent the belt from running off center. If customers
think necessary, we can provide a defection sensor for protection,
and tail balancing is completed by threaded tensioning bar
and counterweights. Impacts of drilling on the strength
of wire mesh belt has been taken into account when calculating
the belt strength.
Material level indication at the bottom is provided by
the level sensor, which is assembled. )
